Plus Delta Partners is pleased to announce a new partnership with the University of Montana Foundation. Beginning in September, eight participants from the University of Montana Foundation will commence Plus Delta’s nine-month Discipline of Frontline Fundraising Program (DFF).

The University of Montana Foundation is an independent, nonprofit organization that serves the University of Montana by managing private fundraising efforts, donations, and the investment of endowed gifts.  Dedicated trustees, staff professionals and volunteers are deeply committed to the mission-critical work of the Foundation to definitively shape UM as a world-class institution that improves the life of every student. In August 2020, the UM Foundation and UM concluded the most ambitious and successful higher education fundraising campaign in state history – Campaign Montana inspired $450.9 million in giving to the UM Foundation from more than 34,000 donors.

The UM Foundation is actively recruiting development officers this fall; those who join the organization will be invited to participate in the Discipline of Frontline Fundraising Program, which enables frontline fundraisers to more efficiently and effectively raise major, principal and planned gifts.
