Andy is a Senior Engineer at Plus Delta Partners. He owns and supports the firm’s core software and infrastructure—spanning cloud systems, security patching, databases, CRM integrations, and emerging AI-enabled capabilities.

Before joining Plus Delta Partners, Andy built and supported software across the stack—from user authentication and content platforms to data pipelines and integrations—bringing a versatile, practical approach to solving problems.

With 15 years of hands-on software development and a B.S. in Computer Science from Rochester Institute of Technology, Andy blends deep technical expertise with a user-first mindset.

In his free time, Andy enjoys board gaming, woodworking, rock climbing, and exploring new gadgets and projects.

Andy lives in Maryland with his wife, two dogs, and a cockatiel.
