Nihad supports Plus Delta Partners’ efforts to build strong, lasting client relationships and helps higher education and nonprofit organizations identify practical solutions to their fundraising and advancement priorities.

Nihad brings more than 17 years of experience in major, principal, planned, and corporate fundraising, as well as strategic planning and partnership development. Throughout his career, he has led high-performing teams, supported large-scale fundraising campaigns, and helped organizations strengthen donor engagement, stewardship, and campaign execution. His nonprofit experience includes roles with the Denver Zoo, the University of Colorado Denver Business School, and Grinnell College.

In addition to his advancement experience, Nihad has held leadership roles in business development and strategic partnerships in the for-profit sector. He brings a relationship-focused, results-oriented approach to his work, helping clients and colleagues navigate complex challenges, develop practical strategies, and advance their philanthropic goals.

Nihad lives in Colorado with his wife and daughter and enjoys hiking, camping, running, and traveling whenever the opportunity arises.
