As Plus Delta’s Chief Executive Officer, Beth leverages more than 15 years of personal experience in frontline fundraising and advancement leadership to guide clients to higher yields.  She is committed to helping organizations maximize the utility, sustainability and results of their investment in Plus Delta.

As the first Senior Consultant to join Plus Delta, Beth has worked with client institutions across every segment of the markets that PDP serves to refine what are PDP’s best practice programs today.

Beth’s prior experience includes serving as Associate Vice President of Development at Temple University, overseeing fundraising for the majority of schools and units, regional giving, annual giving, research and data analytics. Additionally, she served at Lafayette College for 8 years, and in her final role there, as the Associate Vice President of Development and Alumni Affairs. Prior to her advancement work, Beth held roles in student affairs at The Ohio State University and at the Institute for the International Education of Students.

Beth earned an MA in Higher Education and Student Affairs from The Ohio State University and BAs in Psychology and Mathematics from Lafayette College. She serves as the Class Fund Manager for her alma mater and lives outside of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania with her husband, son, daughter and two Rhodesian Ridgebacks.
