As a Senior Consultant with Plus Delta, Elizabeth offers an impressive track record of success in the non-profit sector that gives her valuable perspective in her work with clients. She served as Vice President of Development at Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health, where she worked with the board and executive leadership to build a new culture of philanthropy and drove an increase of 12% in overall fundraising revenues. Prior to Kripalu, Elizabeth spent eight years in progressively senior major gift development and management roles at Williams College where she launched the institution’s largest comprehensive campaign, led the college’s first initiative to raise alumnae philanthropy, developed the institution’s first principal engagement program for donors of $1M+ and led collaborations with the president and senior leadership on prospect cultivation, solicitation, campaign messaging and trustee engagement. Earlier in her career, Elizabeth served as Executive Director of Literary Arts in Portland, OR where she led the first fundraising campaign to support Oregon writers, successfully solicited the organization’s largest individual gifts and curated the renowned Portland Arts & Lecture series.
Elizabeth graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Williams College, where she wrote an honors thesis in Psychology. She also received an MFA in Fiction from the University of Montana. Elizabeth currently lives in Williamstown, MA with her partner.
