Lisa brings 15 years of advancement experience to her role as Vice President of Solutions. Using a comprehensive training and coaching methodology, Lisa provides best-in-class performance improvement solutions for frontline fundraisers, managers and advancement staff, with proven ability to build measurable, sustainable increases in fundraising. As Plus Delta’s in-house expert on alumni engagement, Lisa partners with institutions to effectively integrate engagement and fundraising functions across their advancement organization, resulting in purposeful long-term engagement and increased giving. In these capacities, she has worked with leadership and fundraisers from a variety of institutions, including large and mid-size public universities, small and mid-size private universities, and non-profit clients. (A subset of client partnerships includes University of Delaware, Michigan State, Cal State Northridge, and Rutgers.)

Prior to joining Plus Delta, Lisa spent seven years at Temple University in Philadelphia, PA as a senior leader within the advancement division. In her role as the Associate Vice President of Alumni & Constituent Engagement, she led a team of thirty fundraisers and advancement professionals. Lisa began her advancement career at the University of Pennsylvania, where she spent 8 years overseeing alumni board development and the expansion of engagement programs. Lisa earned her bachelor’s degree in political science and her master’s degree in education both from the University of Pennsylvania.
