Christina brings her passion for advancing philanthropy to her role by identifying and developing solutions and resolving client challenges through strategies that fit the needs and resources available. Prior to joining Plus Delta Partners, she was Vice President – Client Development at MCR. There she expanded product solutions to align with demonstrated client needs, including the development of Donorize (a SaaS CRM solution) and a corresponding professional services team.  Christina has nearly 20 years of solutions-driven non-profit leadership and fundraising experience gained serving missions including Semester at Sea, Boys & Girls Club of Weld County, University of Northern Colorado, Oberlin College, and Main Street Oberlin.

Christina was a first-generation college student and holds a master’s degree in Human Geography from Kent State University and a bachelor’s degree in Geography from the University of St. Catherine. She lives in Chesterland, Ohio with her three daughters and enjoys volunteering with their schools.
