“As an alumna of Plus Delta Partners’ Discipline of Frontline Fundraising and Management of Frontline Fundraising programs and having been connected with Plus Delta since 2009, I have seen firsthand the tremendous benefit of leveraging a repeatable, transparent process when managing prospects. It’s been a pleasure helping potential donors align philanthropic interest with institutional need for decades and being able to share this toolkit with others is incredibly rewarding.”
Deb brings over 21 years of frontline fundraising experience to Plus Delta, having served most recently as the Assistant Vice President of Individual Giving at Haverford College.
From her early days as a student phonathon caller at her alma mater to serving as Haverford’s Interim Vice President for Advancement, Deb’s past achievements and fundraising successes have led to increasing responsibilities within the premier liberal arts space. In addition to playing a key leadership role in Haverford’s Lives That Speak campaign, which raised almost $270M (20% over goal), and managing teams in annual giving, major gifts, alumni relations, and gift planning, Deb has spent countless hours coaching, mentoring, and training fellow advancement colleagues in prospect strategy work and the Donor Engagement Process™.
Deb has a Bachelor of Arts in psychology and sociology from Dickinson College and lives outside of Philadelphia with her husband, Bob, and cat, Cheeto. She enjoys cheering on local sports teams, traveling, and volunteering.
