Bobby supports the firm's efforts to strengthen existing partnerships and discover new ones, with a focus on our software solution, Agyl. 

Prior to joining Plus Delta Partners, Bobby spent 15+ years in business consulting for mainly Fortune 500 firms. Having held a variety of roles in both business development and client delivery, Bobby brings to Plus Delta Partners experience in client service, business development, software solutions, and business process optimization. He also enjoyed a stint early in his career working as a Program Director for a Washington, D.C.-based nonprofit focused on employment and housing for underserved populations. 

A dual Brazilian-American citizen, Bobby earned his BA from the University of Virginia in Economics and English, and holds a MA in International Economics from Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies. He lives in Charlottesville, VA with his partner, Emily, Moose (a cat), and Obi (a dog).
