Bruce leads the firm's efforts to develop new client relationships, building on his work with a range of nonprofit clients as a Plus Delta Senior Consultant, his experience as a frontline fundraiser and advancement leader, and his earlier career in law firm marketing and business development.
Bruce joined Plus Delta after 12 years at Franklin & Marshall College. As Campaign Director and Principal Gifts Officer, he led the planning and execution of Now to Next: The Campaign for Franklin & Marshall College and was responsible for overall management of the entire principal gifts (7-figure+) pipeline, including the development of individual prospect strategies. The largest campaign in Franklin & Marshall’s history with a $200 million goal, Now to Next set the all-time F&M records for annual commitments ($31.2 million) and cash received ($27.7 million) and included the largest ever gift from an alumnus ($10 million). Bruce’s professional experience prior to F&M included five years as a legal reporter at the New York Law Journal and six years in senior marketing and business development roles at the international law firm Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP in New York.
Bruce is a graduate of The Hotchkiss School and earned a B.A. in English from Davidson College. He lives in Lancaster, PA with his wife and two daughters.
