As a Senior Consultant with Plus Delta Partners, Natalie leverages her 14 years of development experience in alumni relations, annual giving, major giving, and principal giving to improve fundraising outcomes with her clients.
Most recently, she served as Director of Development for the George Washington University where she led the university’s parent and family fundraising efforts. Supervising a team of gift officers, her efforts lead to the successful acquisition of new parent donors at both the major and principal gift levels. Prior to her time at the George Washington University, Natalie raised major gifts for the Department of Intercollegiate Athletics at the University of Maryland, College Park as Director of Development.
Natalie began her development career at her alma mater, Washington University in St. Louis. During her eight-year tenure, she held a variety of positions in the Department of Athletics, Affinity Engagement Programs, and Alumni Relations. These roles were all part of Washington University’s 400-million-dollar scholarship effort.
Natalie earned her bachelor’s degree in women and gender studies and her master’s degree in international affairs from Washington University in St. Louis. Natalie resides in southwest Washington, D.C.
