Carly House
Senior Consultant
With over 15 years of experience in higher education and independent school fundraising, Carly brings a broad skill set to the Plus Delta Partners team. Most recently, Carly served as Director of Development at Crossroads School for Arts & Sciences in Santa Monica, California, overseeing a robust development operation including annual giving, major giving and donor relations supporting a $5 million annual fund and advancing an ongoing $110 million capital campaign. Prior to Crossroads, Carly spent nearly 10 years on the East Coast, leading Phillips Academy Andover’s annual giving team after an extended tenure at Harvard Business School, where she managed a team and helped develop strategies for reunion campaigns, raising $15–$30 million annually alongside Harvard University’s record breaking $9.6 billion campaign.
Carly’s work has allowed her to be deeply engaged in diverse philanthropic communities and sophisticated fundraising programs while working in partnership with deans, heads of school, board members, fundraising volunteers, and staff to exceed ambitious fundraising goals while developing and evolving institutional best practices. Above all, Carly has enjoyed the strategic collaboration, management, and mentoring of teams, which she incorporates into her work with Plus Delta clients.
Carly and her husband reside in Los Angeles, California, and enjoy spending time golfing and traveling. They are also deeply involved in supporting their alma mater, San Diego State University. Go Aztecs!
